To introduce active learning approach along with system followed at GRIET and to support them to incorporate effective learning techniques into their teaching.

Testing is the process of evaluating a system or its component(s) with the intent to find whether it satisfies the specified requirements or not.

This workshop will give a basic understanding on software testing, its types, methods, levels, and other related terminologies.

Workshop objectives:

  • To illustrate fundamental concepts in software testing
  • To design test scenario, design test cases and data, conduct testing operations and generating test report.
  • To understand software test automation problems and solutions
  • To generate Test cases, Test scripts, Test Documentation using QTP
  • To design web service functional tests

Workshop outcomes:

By the end of the workshop students will be:

  • Able to understand the terminology used in software testing.
  • Able to design sample test cases, test scenarios and test report using Manual testing.
  • Able to identify test automation problems and solutions.
  • Able to generate test cases, test scripts, test documentation suing automation tool-QTP
  • Able to design web service test cases.

This is a course intended to share knowledge on ServiceNow Technology and also make Faculty/Student competent enough to take Certified Application Developer Exam of ServiceNow.
